The Summer Low Down
Hey everyone, welcome to the library during summer.
A few things:
1. These are the people who will be working this summer. Your "summer shift coverage" address book should contain:
• Katie C.
• Mike
• Andrew
• Melodee
• Mekdi
2. We're saving boxes for various people. Instead of breaking down the boxes the paper comes in, store them in the storage closet. There's a little space on the right between the shelves and the bookshelf to stack the boxes in a tower.
3. When you close in the evening, REstart the computers but leave them on during the night. Also, make sure you have put out the sign that says, "Sorry, we'll be back at 9 AM..."
4. We'll be doing an inventory project this summer. I am currently drafting the procedure and will train you on it when it's done.
