Update on Reference IM
Student Assistants (you guys!) will no longer be required to log into IM once the librarian leaves in the evening.
Most of the time, the librarian will be the "primary responder" with IM-- that is, the librarians will have IM up on their computer.
Sometimes, if you are working a weekend, the librarian may ask you to do IM while s/he is on lunch break.
