ITS on the new iMac case

Hello!

ITS' technicians are working on the problem of the new iMacs not allowing logins. They are able to do this by accessing the machine remotely. If you notice a machine apparently being used yet no one is sitting there (it is logged in and the mouse cursor is moving, windows are opening, etc.), please do not meddle with it. Do not log the person out or restart the machine.

The technicians may also access the machine and "blank" the screen to avoid this confusion. So again, if a machine seems to be on but you cannot get the screen to display, it may be under the view of ITS, so don't meddle with it for an hour or so.

Thanks!
