Our perennial problem of Windows not having a printer installed has returned! Here are the instructions from Randy. I also wrote some down in the notebook at the Reference Desk.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Should you need to add a printer, the process hasn't changed as far as using the "Run" command and entering \\goprint then choosing the printer you want. What is different is getting to the "Run" command.
Mac: (command key)-R
PC: (windows key)-R
On the "new" macs -- ITS forgot to remove the MS Office trial version, so when some people are clicking on their word docs, they get a message that they need to purchase a copy of Word. Until I can get to all of the computers and remove the trial version, just have anyone with this problem drag their document on top of the Word icon in the dock; or open Word from the dock, and then choose File>Open and browse to the doc.
The second group of Macs have been taken offline to be re-imaged; these include the two Periodicals machines.
Thanks Kelci! I didn't know how to add a printer on the new computers, good to know since this seems to be a common problem.
