Hello to everyone!

How was your summer? Welcome back to USF (or, welcome to USF). I hope this semester and school year is a great one!

• I want to introduce our 4 new student workers: Kate Mitchell, Kathleen Smith, Jeremy Ghassemi, and Fang-Yu Chao. Welcome! We are happy to have you here.

• Please make sure to take the survey I sent via email (or you can click the link). It is about our 3rd annual Meet and Greet, where we review some library information then get to know each other and eat pizza.

• Returning student workers: Over the summer we did an inventory project. It is not completely finished but do not worry about it at the moment. We will have our hands full at the Reference Desk helping patrons for the next couple weeks.

• Check out the library blog, Gleeson Gleanings, to see what we've been up to this summer.

You may notice one big thing: new iMacs in the Reference Room. They run Windows and Mac OSX. I will tell you a little bit about the new iMacs in person when you're at work. Also, we got a color printer in the Reference Room! That I will also tell you about later.
